Refund policy

Heart of Dixie Boutique gladly accepts returns or exchanges of unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unaltered, or defective merchandise purchased online that shipped to a U.S. address for a store credit (Heart of Dixie Boutique E-Gift Card) within 14 days from the date your order shipped. This does not include any preorders, graphic tees, sale items, items that have been marked down, these items are not eligible for return. Graphics are made to order so they are not return eligible. The cost of return shipping, $5.00 for any number of items, will be deducted from your store credit (Heart of Dixie Boutique E-Gift Card) if you use the return label provided by Heart of Dixie Boutique. Please email hodbcustomerservice for a return label or you can purchase your own and ship the return to 1505 W. State Highway J, Ozark, MO 65721.

Heart of Dixie Boutique offers exchanges for the same item in a different size when we are notified of the request within 14 days from the date your order shipped.

All SALE ITEMS & Preorders are non-returnable. They are final sale. No refunds or store credit will be given.

We do have a Facebook Buy, Sell, Trade page that our items can be posted on if you are not satisfied with your purchase.
